Wetness refers to whether your character and their clothes are currently wet.
Mechanics
When you enter the water, you get wet, and your wet clothes will increase in weight and cause you to slow down slightly. You will gradually dry out once you exit the water.
Additional notes
- Wearing a raincoat can prevent you from getting wet due to rain.
