Once the player has killed a donkey, they have the option to skin it and remove the skin. The skin can be used for further crafting, and the skinned doe can be chopped up into smaller pieces for storage or consumption.

The skinned donkey is too large to fit into any currently available backpacks or containers, and must be chopped up on location before they can be transported.

Deconstruction

The player must be wielding a sharp tool such as an axe or a kitchen knife.

Chopping a skinned donkey will provide the player with several smaller donkey pieces which also must be chopped before consumption or transport.
