Survival (Skill) is a skill in SCUM.
Effects
Enables a Compass in Fokus mode. The higher your skill, the more directions are displayed.
Basic: N E S W
Advanced : N NE E SE S SW W NW
May also affect your basic crafting speed - not proofed yet.
Leveling
Crafting basic materials.
Real compass adds up to your displayed compass skill

The Survival skill determines what items you can craft upon entering the game world. It also affects the speed you can craft items.
Leveling the Survival skill is done by crafting items. New recipes are unlocked by reaching a higher skill level.
