An analgesic or painkiller is any member of the group of drugs used to achieve analgesia, relief from pain. Analgesic drugs act in various ways on the peripheral and central nervous systems. They are distinct from anesthetics, which temporarily affect, and in some instances completely eliminate, sensation. Doesn't work for emotional pain

Crafting

Painkillers are not currently craftable. They can only be found while looting

Usage

• Painkillers temporarily remove the limping effect.

Additional notes

• Pills need some time to take effect.
• Initial duration of the effect is determined by constitution attribute (1 minute x CON). Additional pills add a fixed amount of time (1 minute).
• Repeated abuse of painkillers has a chance of causing forced defecation (20% chance per pill consumed above the limit set by CON attribute).
