- Shift + W - Auto Walk/Run
- Shift + C - Access Inventory in Vehicle
- Shift + Q - Access Medical Tab
- Shift + E - Turn On/Off Weapon Light
- Alt + C - Recraft Last Crafted Item
- Ctrl + Mouse Wheel - Turn Item In Inventory
- Hold Shift when building to “unsnap”
- Ctrl + Mouse Wheel outside of inventory slowly crouches character
- Shift + LeftMouse Change fire mode
- Shift + RightMouse hold Display fire mode
- Shift + R Display remaining ammo
- Hold Alt - Camera rotate
- Click Alt - Fixed camera when driving/walking
- H - Change Melee attack aim mode
- Auto Rotate - Drag Item to Greyed Out Portion of Inventory
- Shift+F will use all ingredients for a blueprint at once
